Allow proto generation to respect xcli's hybrid/external mode by injecting XATU_SOURCE and XATU_URL environment variables when ClickHouse is configured for external mode.

When running
xcli lab rebuild allin hybrid mode, the proto generation step calls xatu-cbt'smake protowhich unconditionally runsinfra startwithout mode flags. This starts local xatu-clickhouse containers and reconfiguresxatu_clusterin CBT ClickHouse to point to them, overwriting the external cluster configuration.
